The look of the forums...

I have been on php-based forums for a long ass time (5+ yrs), and I have 3 suggestions to help spruce it up and add some flavor:

1) Get rid of the 4 image post limit, I just did multiple posts to post the pics I wanted to show, it would be more convenient to allow like 10 or so, so the story can be accurately told if needed...

2) Allow tags in the sigs and avatars, it will add personality to the boards and make peoples' posts easier to recognize, plus I love making sigs and ava's...

3) Maybe add a new smiley pack, these stock ones are corny, maybe some like these, I have a TON on my Airsoft site, http://www.wpairsoft.com

You do realise that people would be able to disable the img tag and avatars via their USER CP if they have dialup and don't want the extra load time burden..?

How about letting us customize font colors?!? That yellow-orange for new posts is horrible looking and not easy to read (it's a low-contrast color).
