Newbie Advice Pls!!

I am relatively new to the community. I have read the Game and Mystery Method and have finally decided to book the seminar. (The London one)

I gave my debit card details over the phone and received an invoice the next day. I was kinda hoping for an information pack/ e-ticket or at least a date to look forward to hearing about the venue etc... I have emailed sales and called the hotline a few times, but now the phone just rings and sales do not reply to my email.

It has only been 3 days since I booked, but I am becoming a bit worried because of the lack of information I have about the program.

Does anyone who has been to one of the training programmes have any advice? How long did it take before you were contacted after paying etc?

Don't worry, I am sure they will get back to you. You will probably get more info about a week or two before the actual event.

Our sales guys can sometimes take a little bit, but don't worry you'll be seeing an email from them soon enough. And if you don't hear from the, feel free to forward your information to me (prophet@venusianarts.com) so I can chase down whoever dropped the ball.

Also keep in mind that details such as the actual location of the seminar and in-field training aren't released until usually a week before the actual date of the program. Because we get a lot of "crashers" otherwise, we have to keep those details a secret until as late as possible.
