I attempted to purchase your book and got a link to nowhere. I tried the 2 emails listed with the order and didn't get a response...most likely cuz of what you described above. Shortly after that I got an unrequested refund w/out any explanation. I did know you were elsewhere, but it was kinda weird still. Hope I can get the new edition with the same deal!

Also, I couldn't figure out for sure if this is a printed book or ebook...?
