I'm just asking generally here. I got a routine from one of my friends, hes actually on the forum and he wasn't too sure about the routine either. Its basically back...legs...chest...shoulders and thats it. 4 days but there is no arm day for bi or tri. Do you guys think it doesn't really matter because your arms will probably grow to your body anyways w/ all the compound exersises or is this more of a core routine. I was also thinking of adding maybe some bi and tri somewhere in the routine if arms are a must. Btw I am 6ft and about 143-145 id say. so pretty skinny but im trying to get bigger. Ive been lifting for about 3 months now and have gotten a little bigger, i just gotta start eating everything in sight.
