Okay, so I'm getting tired of dry chicken breast and tunafish. (I mix in mustard and hot sauce with my tuna, but in small amounts - tuna tastes like wet hair to me.) I thought I'd start adding in turkey breast because I adore the taste, only to wander into Publix, Wal-Mart, Target, Winn Dixie and Rowes and behold packaged meats with enormous amounts of sodium. I've gone to the deli sections but can't seem to find any information on the meats there...thought I thought they were supposed to post them.
At any rate, does anyone have an idea what the lowest sodium-content turkey breast may be?
