Steroids.

No. Seriously. Once you hit that plateau it takes time to break through it. You need to lift heavy, consistently, eat a lot (and lots of protein) and get A LOT OF SLEEP. And it will take time. If you think quick as in like 1-2 months .. find a reputable person to get some roids from... and DO YOUR RESEARCH ABOUT IT first... i.e. post cycle meds/etc. Just to be clear.. I don't condone steroid use or anything, my point is steroids are the only "quick" fix. Hard work buddy. That's how you do it.

Just a standard disclaimer here that steroids are illegal in a lot of places and are believed to have many dangerous and potentially deadly side-effects.

So, you know...we don't endorse that sort of thing.

steroids at 175 is something a 18 year old would do.....
you need add calories till your gaining 1-2lbs a week and eat clean. Steroids are for people who are 220lbs at like 10% bodyfat. so your far from them the guy above just likes the quick gains. Although there is NOTHING wrong with roids, your not ready nor need them at this point.

Yes. I guess I should have been more clear... what I was trying to say was there is no "quick" fix, other than steroids.

does anybody have any advice with routines? Steroids aren't for a certain body type and anyway they're out of the question. Not only a personal choice but I fight and undergo testing. I'm just looking for someone who has some experience, preferrably more than me who can give me some routines, exercises, rep & set counts, or nutritional facts with some continuity. thanks for your replies by the way

6-12 reps, heavy weight, compound exercises.

Anyone who thinks there is "nothing wrong" with roids should do more research. I highly recommend you read this for starters:

Go on the "see-food" diet. You see food, and you eat it. I reccomend chicken, steak, and such for your meats, and your standard fruits and vegetables.

Don't worry about proteins, enhancements, ect. Girls can tell when you're in shape. I'm one of the smaller built guys at my gym, yet, I can use the 70 lb hand weights for dumbell press, while the guys on roids use 40-50 lbs. Roids (from what I've seen), make you big, but not hard. Thats what girls like, hard muscles, not just big ones.
