I just thought of an idea...I hope some administrator is reading this...

I am new to this community and eager to learn. I am going to take one of the upcoming boot camps.

My idea is to form a "big - small brother" program where experienced sarges will take inexperienced ones out sarging to have as wings. The inexperienced sarger will obviously gain from this by observing the experienced one, and I believe the experienced sarger will gain from having a wing that is willing to learn. Reading some of the posts here, I get the feeling that a GOOD wing is hard to find. In addition, this is a great way to give back to the community.

What say you?

I am in LA... highly intelligent (over qualified some would say). I am a fast learner. Anyone up for the challenge?

Sounds like a great idea to me. I am in Fullerton, CA. It's NW orange county, so I wouldn't mind driving to LA on weekends.

Unexperienced sargers are bad wings and would ruin the sarge of good PUAs.

Your program benefits more the newbies than the experienced PUAs. And the newbies are value leechers. They would just annoy the heck out of people doing their thing. Those experienced PUAs who want to mentor are teaching. So go to them for that.

If you want real instruction, pay for a bootcamp or a one-on-one.

thas a preety good idea. and to grey stroke, the newbie doesnt have to wing u. the experienced pua could sit back near were the newbie pua is and listen t oeevreythin that he says. at the end of the night the pro tells him of his good sticking points that he made and the flaws that he did. good idea bro!
