I am a 19 year old guy and still a virgin. This is, presumably, a DLV since it implies zero preselection by other women.

Is there a way of framing this in such a way that it ceases to be a DLV or would it be more sensible (albeit slightly unethical) to lie about this so as to give the impression of preselection?

I would much prefer to remain honest in my game, so I am hoping that there is a way round this problem, especially since, even if I were to lie, I am sure that the truth would become apparent once the target and I actually get round to S3.

Pre-selection isn't about sex. HBs want to be comfortable with you. Pre-selection demonstrates that other HBs are comfortable with you. Use the v-card to your edge to qualify a HB. Tell her you want to save it for someone special, and you haven't met that special person yet. Make it mean something. Everything can be used to your advantage, you just have to reframe it so it is an advantage. If you are comfortable in that choice women will respect you for it.
