Discovery is an inspiring International Speaker, leading Personality Profiling Trainer and Sales Guru. The Founder and Managing Director of Synergy Sales & Service Training ltd & Synergy-printing.com, 2 companies specializing in sales & marketing support for health and fitness clubs, a practicing sports psychologist & life coach, accredited advanced sales trainer and team dynamic profiling specialist. Discovery has also been awarded the prestigious "Insights Trainer of the Year" award against 180+ nominees for 3 years running.

Discovery's passion for the Health and Fitness Industry started over 13 years ago as an Army Physical Training Instructor and has continued ever since to spread the good word for the benefits of health, fitness and balanced living (although these days with much less military persuasion).

Discovery's wartime postings in the Middle East at the height of the 1st Gulf War and Bosnia only strengthened his abilities to help others through stressful and challenging times. These strengths of leadership, ability to inspire others and to push their personal boundaries, coupled with a unique skill to understand an individual's unique personality, continue to shine through in Discovery's co-ordination of VA Bootcamps worldwide, his dynamic speaking presence, astonishing "cold-reads" infield and prolific Coaching abilities of VA students today. Discovery is presently heading up the development of the VA360 Coach and Coach Development programs.
